WITHDRAWAL OF THE CONTRACT BY THE CUSTOMER

In the event of cancellation, the customer will be charged:

• 30 days before the date of entry 100% of the booking amount.

There will be no refunds if the customer voluntarily withdraws from the service before the end of his stay.

CHANGES BY THE COMPANY

In the event of unforeseen circumstances or causes not attributable to the company, the accommodation could not be occupied, the Company will make available to the customer another accommodation with the same or higher characteristics without any reimbursement by the parties.
