Rent & Relax is a registered trademark owned by Giugno S.r.l., a real estate company based in Venice that operates in the tourist rental market in Italy and Europe.
Our adventure was born in Venice, in the summer of 2016, when three young entrepreneurs, coming from different sectors but sharing a great passion in the financial investment sector, shared the idea of an ambitious project: acquiring and selecting a portfolio of prestigious properties to be introduced in the tourist rental market, to maximize real estate profitability.
In the short-term rental market, we offer excellent real estate investments because we can identify the best properties to be acquired and managed by us on behalf of the client. We are also able to offer our customers a range of services from the renovation of buildings to the design and complete supply of furniture.
Our mission is to offer a tailor-made service, ranging from the management and optimization of property announcements on web platforms, to an impeccable stay and constant assistance with guests.
In 2019 we started to expand our business in other prestigious cities and places such as Milan, Cortina D’Ampezzo, Lugano, Tuscany, London, Lake Garda, Verona and Porto Cervo in Sardinia.
