Holidaycasa Chris is a beautiful and comfortable apartment with a balcony overlooking the sea, located in the most exclusive position of Sperlonga, just 20 meters from the sea. In a side street on the Sperlonga seafront, and more precisely in via Antonio la rocca 6, we find this fantastic building where we find holidaycasa Chris. As soon as the car is parked, in the place reserved for holidaycasa customers, we go up to the second floor and open the door we immediately find ourselves in the large and bright living room thanks to the different points of light all overlooking the sea that the house offers.
From the living room you can already see the open kitchen complete and equipped with everything you need, from here as from the living room through a French door you can easily access the terrace, furnished and with a magnificent view of the sea and the entire coast, perfect for breakfast with friends.
Continuing then we find the sleeping area consisting of two bedrooms, one double with king bed and one twin with bunk beds and a comfortable bathroom with shower.
Holidaycasa Chris offers a flat screen TV, bed linen for each bedroom and towels for the bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen and an air conditioning service perfect for very hot days outside the building instead you will find a convenient parking space. private.
