This elegant noble floor inside Palazzo Soranzo dell'Angelo (1400) is located in the Rio della Canonica, known for the "Bridge of Sighs", the bridge that connects Palazzo Ducale to the prisons, and you can spot it from a corner of the balcony overlooking the canal. At the time of the "Serenissima" the condemned, crossing the bridge, sighed looking at the lagoon from the window before being taken to their cells and, often, to death.
Within walking distance from this majesti buildin there is Piazza San Marco and with a 10-minute walk you can reach the Rialto Bridge and the Rialto Market.
The property is located on the first floor without elevator and consists of a large living room with living area and dining area, balcony with table and chairs, two bedrooms with double bed, one with walk-in closet, two bathrooms with shower and a kitchen.
For the comfort of our guest this accomodation has independent heating, air conditioning, internet access (wifi), hair dryer, iron and ironing board, 3 TVs.
The kitchen is equipped with fridge and freezer, oven and microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, crockery/cutlery, coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster and various kitchen utensils.
The nearest vaporetto stop is "San Zaccaria" from which you can easily reach the railway station, Piazzale Roma, Tronchetto, Marco Polo airport and the beaches of Lido. It is equally possible to reach the apartment by private water taxi from any destination, which we can book on your behalf at any time.
A security deposit of €500 will be required prior your stay through a pre-authorisation of the credit card, or it can be paid with cash at the check-in, and it will be returned at the end of your stay.

Check-in is from 3pm to 7pm. It is possible to arrange a late check-in, subject to agreement and with an extra cost. The tourist tax needs to be paid at the check-in and amounts to € 5 per person per night. Pets are not allowed.
