The apartment is equipped with all comforts such as heating, air conditioning, internet, wifi, refrigerator, dishwasher, cooktop, coffee machine, hairdryer, iron and ironing board. The sofa in the living room can become a comfortable double sofa bed. It is located in the San Polo district, 3 minutes walk from the Rialto Bridge and its market, and 10 minutes from St. Mark's Square. A few steps away are the Rialto and San Silvestro vaporetto stops that connect Marco Polo Airport, Santa Lucia train station and Piazzale Roma.
Check-ins will be possible from 3 pm to 7 pm. Later check-ins will be possible by prior agreement and with a small extra payment. At check-in, the tourist tax payment of 5€ per person per night will be required, and a rental contract will be compiled and signed where the details of a credit card in the guests' name will be included as a guarantee for damages. The published price includes commissions that are the responsibility of the guest.
