It is located in an excellent starting point for exploring the city as it is near the Piazzale Roma vaporetto stop that will take you everywhere, from Rialto and St. Mark's Square to the Lido beaches or directly to the airport. Additionally, it is accessible on foot from the Piazzale Roma car parks in one minute without crossing bridges and from Santa Lucia train station in 3 minutes on foot.
The Sestiere of Santa Croce, where it is located, is also one of the most characteristic and residential areas of the city, where you can find excellent restaurants and bars. If you prefer a dinner in the intimacy of home, you will find the Coop supermarket 20 meters away.
It is composed of a living room with dining area, fully equipped kitchen, a double bedroom, and a bathroom with shower, suitable for couples or families, up to a maximum of 3 people.
For your comfort, the apartment is equipped with Wi-Fi internet access, air conditioning, independent heating, washing machine, hairdryer, iron and ironing board, Nespresso coffee machine, and TV.
On the ground floor, there is a paid luggage storage service that may be useful in case of early arrivals or departures after check-out time.
