It is a perfect solution for anyone: couples, groups of friends or families, consisting of a large dining room with kitchen complete with fridge, dishes and cooking tools, small living area with sofa that can become a double bed, a double bedroom, a single bedroom, a bathroom with shower and the beautiful altana, typical Venetian wooden terrace, which will give you a breathtaking view of the roofs of the city and will allow you to spend unique moments.
For greater comfort, the apartment is equipped with Wi-Fi internet access, independent heating, air conditioning, electric mosquito control equipment, TV, washing machine, hairdryer, iron.
Thanks to its strategic position, you will be 600m from both Piazza San Marco and the Rialto Bridge, where there are also some of the main vaporetto stops, which can take you to Piazzale Roma, the Santa Lucia train station or Marco Polo airport. The area offers a wide choice of bars and restaurants, but if you prefer to dine in the privacy of your home you will find a supermarket 250 m away.
Check-ins are possible from 15 to 19. The later ones are possible by prior arrangement and with a small extra payment. Upon check-in, the payment of the tourist tax will be required, which is equivalent to 5€ per person per night, and a rental agreement will be filled out and signed, where the details of a credit card in the name of the guests will also be entered as a guarantee for damages.
