It is also excellent for short stays, as it is located 350m from Piazzale Roma (crossing two small bridges on foot) and from Santa Lucia train station (just one bridge). Shared terrace directly overlooking the Grand Canal, with a enchanting view of historic buildings and gondola passage. An exclusive and tranquil place, perfect for enjoying the unique atmosphere of Venice, ideal for moments of relaxation or sunset aperitifs.Check-ins are possible from 3 pm to 7 pm. Later check-ins are possible by prior agreement and with a small extra payment. At check-in, the tourist tax payment will be required, which amounts to €5 per person per night, and a rental contract will be completed and signed where the details of a credit card in the guests' name will also be included as a guarantee for damages.The published price includes commissions that are the responsibility of the guest.
