Villa Relais spans approximately 250 sqm and is surrounded by a large private estate sloping gently towards the sea. The entrance leads to a bright open-plan living area with an American-style kitchen, featuring juniper-wood beams and refined furnishings. The dining area opens directly onto the covered veranda and private pool, creating a seamless indoor-outdoor living experience. The villa offers four spacious double bedrooms and four modern bathrooms with showers, ensuring comfort and privacy for all guests. Every room is air-conditioned and equipped with unlimited Wi-Fi.

• Where applicable, electricity (and sometimes water) consumption will be calculated based on actual usage and charged at the end of the stay.
• A security deposit is required upon arrival and will be pre-authorized on the guest’s credit card (the physical card must be present).
• The amount will be automatically released after check-out; release times depend solely on the guest’s bank.
• In case of damages or rule violations, we reserve the right to retain part or all of the deposit to cover the costs.

• A tourist rental agreement must be signed; the contract will be in Italian and a courtesy translation in English is provided.

Keys and documents are delivered at the Klodge Reception – Via Pescara 11, Olbia, just a few minutes from Olbia Costa Smeralda Airport.

A door-to-door waste collection system is in place. Guests must use the appropriate bags and dispose of waste correctly before departure.
