Villa Mary is a charming property set over multiple levels, offering panoramic views of the Gulf of Naples and Capri Island. The outdoor spaces of the villa feature spacious terraces on each floor, providing an idyllic setting for al fresco dining while immersing in the breathtaking surroundings. The living space comprises a comfortable lounge area and a separate dining area. The seamless connection between the interiors and a stunning patio creates a perfect spot for enjoying meals in the open air. The well-equipped kitchen, complete with a wood-fired pizza oven, offers ample space for shared moments with family and friends. The villa boasts four spacious bedrooms, including two with en-suite bathrooms. All bedrooms have access to balconies and terraces, allowing guests to revel in the panoramic views of the Mediterranean Sea.

Parking facilities are available for one car, with additional parking space along the road. Access to the villa is granted via six or seven steps. Each terrace and balcony is furnished with comfortable seating, providing a tranquil place to relax. The main terrace, shaded by olive trees, offers an elegant space for outdoor gatherings. A charming gazebo enhances the dining experience, while various areas throughout the property invite guests to bask in the warm sun.

Important Notice:

Guests of Villa Mary have exclusive access to a shared sea-water swimming pool, conveniently located just 300 meters from the villa. Access to the pool is via 185 steps. Operating from June to September (please verify specific dates), the pool provides a refreshing retreat for relaxation and leisure activities exclusively for guests of the Punta Lagno villas.

This villa is not recommended for elderly individuals or senior citizens due to the accessibility challenges, including the presence of stairs and steps throughout the property.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

Should you intend to use one of our villas or apartments for any type of commercial use, such as photo shooting or filming, please inform Feeling Italy of this at the time of booking. Such use will be allowed with Feeling Italy's written consent. Events, weddings, wedding receptions, or large gatherings on Feeling Italy's properties without written permission are not allowed unless specified in the description. Services provided by external suppliers, such as private chefs, and catering, among others, are not permitted in Feeling Italy properties. In such cases, you will be asked to pay an extra fee for your event or service.
Any wood ovens available on Feeling Italy's properties can solely be used by the professional pizza chefs provided by Feeling Italy. Please contact Feeling Italy to enquire about the cost and availability of this service on the property of your choice.

ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE

Standard check-in time is between 3 pm and 10 pm. 
In case of flight delays or any unforeseeable inconvenience while traveling, please contact our office or the property contact. Late arrivals are managed for an extra fee. 
Check-out time is 10 am. 
Early check-in and late arrivals are subject to availability and subject to an extra fee.

TOURIST TAX

Some of the Municipalities where Feeling Italy villas are located apply a local tourist tax. The amount of this tourist tax is calculated according to the number of nights of your reservation. It varies depending on location and must be paid directly by guests before arrival, or on arrival.
