Villa Azul features a minimalist contemporary design, with interiors conceived to enhance natural light and the coastal landscape. Entirely arranged on one level, the villa opens onto a bright living area with an open-plan kitchen and a spectacular full-height window overlooking the sea. This seamless indoor–outdoor connection leads to a spacious terrace furnished with a dining table and colourful lounge seating. A second, wind-sheltered patio is located on the rear side of the property.

The sleeping area consists of three double bedrooms (6 guests total): a master bedroom with sea view, a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom, and a third double room. A second bathroom—featuring a striking bright-yellow sink—serves the remaining bedrooms. Each room includes soft toppers, multiple pillows, mosquito screens, and individually controlled air conditioning.

The outdoor areas are one of the property’s most exclusive highlights. The private garden leads directly to the sea and features a heated outdoor jacuzzi, two open-air showers and a stylish modern lounge. Olbia Costa Smeralda Airport is only 8 km away. Several renowned seafood restaurants can be found within 2 km, including Trattoria Rossi, Chiringuito Bados and Ristorante Lo Squalo.
