The entrance to Villa Kalè features a charming wooden gate leading to the garden and the private covered parking. The wide wooden-roofed veranda, furnished with sofas and an outdoor dining area, offers stunning sea views. From here, you enter the living room, recently furnished in a modern style and equipped with a dining table, satellite TV, air conditioning and a comfortable sofa corner. Large windows brighten the room and frame the Mediterranean vegetation and emerald waters of the gulf.

To the left of the living room is the fully equipped kitchenette featuring fridge/freezer, oven, dishwasher, hob and espresso machine. The sleeping area includes two double en-suite bedrooms with direct access to the sea-view veranda, plus a third double bedroom located in the external dépendance with an adjacent private bathroom. Terracotta floors, chestnut wood ceilings and carefully selected furnishings create an elegant and cosy atmosphere. A washing machine and vacuum cleaner are also available.

The villa offers several outdoor spaces ideal for relaxation, including a large panoramic veranda furnished with an outdoor dining table, sofas and sun loungers. The private garden, enriched with Mediterranean plants, enhances the charming view over the gulf and Tavolara. A brick barbecue is available for outdoor meals.

The strategic location of Villa Kalè allows easy access to the main attractions in the area: Porto San Paolo (1 km), Olbia Airport and the city of Olbia (10 km), San Teodoro and the famous La Cinta beach (7 km). Keys and documents are handed over at the Klodge Reception – Via Pescara 11, Olbia, just a few minutes from Olbia Costa Smeralda Airport.

Before arrival, it is mandatory to complete the online check-in by submitting ID documents and a selfie for all guests, as required by law.

A security deposit may be required and will be pre-authorised on a credit card. The amount will be released automatically after the property is inspected, unless damages or irregularities are found.

Final cleaning and the initial set of bed linen and towels are not included in the base rental price and will be charged separately as specified at the time of booking. Extra linen changes are available on request for an additional fee.

A door-to-door recycling system is in place. Guests must purchase the appropriate bags and follow local regulations for waste disposal.
