It has a fully equipped independent kitchen, three bedrooms, and three bathrooms, accommodating a total of six guests. Every room is air-conditioned. The villa also offers a spacious courtyard for parking. Only twenty meters separate Villa Miriam's garden from the crystal-clear water. The white sandy beach of Mare e Rocce is just 120 meters away and is easily accessible on foot, even with small children; the neighborhood provides all necessary daily services: a pizzeria restaurant, bar with tobacco shop, rotisserie, fish market, and bakery. If you want to dive from the cliffs, don't worry; it's only 20 meters from the garden.

INTERIOR DESCRIPTION

Newly built, modern, and well-maintained, Villa Miriam guarantees its guests comfort and privacy. The living room with a wonderful sea view features a lounge area with satellite TV and sofa, air conditioning; from here you access the independent kitchen equipped with oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine. On the same level is the sleeping area consisting of a master bedroom with air conditioning and an en-suite bathroom with shower, two twin bedrooms with single beds, air conditioning, and two bathrooms with showers.

From the living room, you can access the sea-facing outdoor space with a covered veranda, garden furniture, and sun loungers, barbecue; another covered veranda offers a comfortable dining table perfect for outdoor meals. The green lawn garden, separated from the parking area, is ideal for children. The entire property is fenced and equipped with a gate.

DESTINATION INFORMATION AND DISTANCES

The surrounding area hosts numerous beach kiosks, where you can relax in the evening with a glass of wine or a good cocktail, enjoying some typical appetizers. Good spots include Chiringuito Bar and Restaurant in Bados, fish restaurant Trattoria Rossi in Pittulongu, and Costa Sarda Bar for a quick lunch with good local cuisine. The nearby Centro Gallura shopping center offers many shops and a large supermarket.

Beaches reachable within a few tens of kilometers include Spiaggia Ira, Spiaggia dei Sassi, and Marinella. About 15 minutes by car, you can reach the beaches near the village of Golfo Aranci: Cala Sassari, Cala Sabina, Spiaggia Bianca, Baja Caddinas, and the natural park Cala Moresca, home to a resident group of over 100 dolphins.
