Description
The Villa Pineta is located in Tignale, in the hamlet of Olzano, in an absolutely panoramic position and only approx. 8 km from the lake. The villa was renovated in 2023 and furnished with attention to detail and every available comfort. Arranged over two floors, it is located a few minutes from the center of Gardola and from the balcony, the furnished terrace and the garden you can enjoy the fantastic view of Lake Garda and Monte Baldo. To complete the property there is an exclusive swimming pool with whirlpool that will make your evenings even more relaxing. Ideal for large families or companies looking for a relaxing holiday.
The villa is approx. 250 square meters and can accommodate from 2 to 12 people. On the ground floor there is a large garden with swimming pool, two double bedrooms with king size bed (180 cm x 200 cm), one bedroom with a bunk bed, two bathrooms with shower (one with hydromassage shower). On the first floor we find a large living room with equipped kitchen and balcony, two double bedrooms, one bedroom with two single beds, a bathroom with shower, a bathroom with hydromassage tub and a large furnished terrace.
Comforts include a kitchen with 4 induction burners and extractor fan, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, oven, German coffee machine, fridge with freezer, satellite TV, washing machine, Wi-Fi, garden furniture, four outdoor parking spaces open and swimming pool with hydromassage.
Towels are not included in the price, they have an extra cost of € 5,00 per person.
Sport and health: outdoor pool 2 km away, tennis court 500 mt away, mountain-bike (possibility to rent them in the Tabaccheria Ferrero), sailing and surfing at about 7 km at the Port of Tignale. Golf about 13 km away at Golf Bogliaco.
Upon check-in, our guests will receive two cards, the TIGNALE CARD and the THEATER HOME CARD, which offer various discounts, such as:
• Guided hikes
• Free shuttle service to and from the beach from Easter to October
• Free entrance to the municipal swimming pool (June to August)
